The article that used to be here was written many years ago when I had reasons to research how APR is calculated in the UK.

The method by which APR is calculated in Britain changed in early 2011 leaving my article in need of a ground-up rewrite.

My interests and career have moved on and information about APR, AER and EAR is widespread. It was harder to find a decade ago.

So I decided it was time to retire the page.
